       喷涂废水主要来自于预脱脂、脱脂、表调、磷化、钝化等车身前处理工序;阴极电泳工序和中涂、喷面漆工序，汽车涂装废水中含有树脂、表面活性剂、重金属离子、颜料等污染物，特别是其中的电泳废水、喷漆废水成份复杂，浓度高，可生化性差。喷涂废水处理主要采用分质处理、混凝沉淀、混凝气浮、砂滤等工艺对喷涂废水进行处理。
喷涂废水处理的特征:①喷涂废水处理种类多，水质因使用的材料而异，仅脱脂液就有多种配方、涂料种类则更多。②排放无规律，除部分水洗水连续溢流排放外，喷涂线废水或废液多为间歇集中排放。③水质水量变化大，无规律可循。
       喷涂废水处理方法: (1)物理处理法。有分离法、过滤法、离心分离法等。(2)化学处理法。有中和法、凝聚法、氧化还原法等。

       Spraying wastewater treatment method: 1) physical treatment. There are separation method, filtration method, centrifugalseparation method and chemical treatment method. There are neutralization method, coagulation method, redox method and soon.
