工艺特点 Technics Characteristic
各病房及门诊等的排水由排水管网汇入化粪池,经过化粪池处理再进入后续水处理构筑物。放射科室排放水中有微量放射性物质,需要先流入衰变池将放射物质衰变后排入格栅井。化粪池出水首先经格栅去除较大的悬浮物和漂浮物后自流进入调节池,调节池底部设有布气管,用于搅拌和预曝气。经调节池均化水质、调节水量后,污水由提升泵提升进入酸化水解池,在酸化水解内,可使污水均质及与沉淀池的回流污泥充分混合,回流活性污泥吸附污水中的有机物,具有将高分子有机物分解成小分子易生化有机物,能更有效地去除污染物;同时在调节池内设置消化区,在消化区内执行NH3-N的硝化和反硝化,可以有效降低水中的NH3-N。污水自流入生物接触氧化池,进行COD、BODs的降解。生物接触氧化池出水中含有一定量老化脱落的生物膜,这些含有生物膜的污水流入沉淀池,经沉淀后清水流入消毒池,消毒脱氯后达标排放。沉淀池污泥部分回流到酸化水解调节池,多余污泥排到污泥池浓缩,采用固液分离机脱水后,定期清理打包外运。污泥中脱出的污水回流至调节池重新处理。
