畜禽养殖废水是农村面源污染的一大来源,大量排放的畜禽粪更污水日积月累,在各大城市周边地带形成了庞大的污染源,其中养猪废水是污染排放主体。针对猪场沼液富合氮、磷、有机物以及营养比例严重失调、碳氮比极低的水质特点采用高效的生物反应器处理技术是实现原位污染控制的根本途径。
       污水处理设备通过一个运行周期内缺氧环境和好氧环境的多次交替,有效实现亚硝态氮的积累,能实现稳定的短程硝化反硝化脱氮,从而在硝化阶段节省40%的氧气消耗,在反硝化阶段节省25%的有机碳源消耗,污泥产量大幅减少,反硝化反应速率大幅提高,CO2排放量减少20%/同时,间歇曝气的运行模式下,缺氧反硝化过程中产生的碱度能及时补充好氧硝化过程中消耗的碱度,节省调碱药剂消耗,

        Batch batch boreactor with intermitent. aeration can effectively realize the accumulation of ntrte nitrogen and realize stabledenitrification and denitrification by alternating the anoxic environment and aerobic envronment in a single operating cycle,Thus, 40% oxygen consumption was saved in nitrification stage, 25% organic carbon consumption was saved in denitrificationstage, sludge production was greatly reduced, and denitr fcation reaction rale was greatly increased. At the same time, underthe operation mode of intermttent aeration, the akalinity proouced in anoxic dentrfication process can replenish the alkalinityconsumed in aerobic nitrification process and save the consumption of alkali regulating agents.
